Operating with a fully equipped machine shop including
modern EDM, milling, turning and grinding machines,
we are able to design and manufacture a range
of jigs, fixtures, machined components & special
purpose machines. We offer a complete solution
service from conception, design and fabrication
through to electronic assembly, programming and
on to delivery and on site commissioning.
Machined
Components:
We offer bespoke manufactured components in a
wide variety of materials such as engineered plastics,
stainless steel, copper alloys, titanium, aluminium
alloys, tantalum & a range of fully hardened
tool steels. These products are produced to supply
our own production facilities aswell as being
offered as a specific custom service.
Jigs
& Fixtures:
We can design and manufacture jigs & fixtures
to customer specifications or to concept briefs
for holding anything from small plastic components
to large steel sections. Much of our work is specific
to our existing clients plastic moulded assembly
requirements and includes work for the electronics,
defence and retail markets.
Special
Purpose Machines:
We produce special purpose machines for several
major international manufacturing corporations
for applications such as tensile testing, batch
mixing and counting. Working closely with the
client we design, build & supply all products
which can include control panels, electronics,
hydraulics and pneumatics. Our design and commissioning
