Custom Multi-Shot Moulding:
We work with a wide range of thermoplastic materials
including many thermoplastic elastomers to produce
first class single & multishot finished products.
Equipped with a range of state of the art Arburg
Allrounder multishot injection moulding machines
and tooling made in-house we are ideally suited
to large production runs whilst maintaining the
flexibility to carry out development and prototype
single and multishot work.
ALL
Rounders:
Our Arburg Allrounders are suited to producing
a wide range of technical mouldings in a variety
of materials. Having two shot injection moulding
capability with Selogica Control, M/H indexing
units and Vario Injection. Our tooling capacity
is currently 570mm x 570mm (1.6 tons), however
please contact us for latest specifications.
High
Capacity:
Running 3 x 8 hour shifts for 126 hour productivity
a week we are suited to high volume single &
multi-shot work whilst maintaining the flexibility
to handle small batch loads. |

Volume:
We are able to offer reduced cost tooling options for
low volume single shot, 2 shot & multi-shot moulding
projects.
Materials:
We offer processing of a wide range of commodity and
technical thermoplastics plus thermoplastic elastomers
including PP, LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE, HIPS, PS, ABS, ASA,
PC, PA, POM, PBT, PET, PEEK, PPS, TPE,TPV, SBS, SEBS,
TPE, TPV and most other grades of polymers, please ask
for further information. For specific single & multi-shot
applications we also offer additional material &
additive selection services for metal replacement, fire
retardants, anti-static's, UV stabilisers, pigments,
anti-slip agents, blowing agents, RFI shielding and
antioxidants plus development of specialist application

Colour:
As well as standard colours we offer a colour matching
service working to colour charts or existing samples.
Multi-Shot
Injection Moulding & Inserts:
We offer a variety of multishot injection moulding combinations
including two shot, multi-material combinations, insert
and over moulding. Our multi-Shot service provides a
service for a wide range of industry sectors such as
Electronics, Medical, Automotive, White goods &
Aerospace.
Second
Operations & Assembly:
As an extension to our custom moulding production we
are able to offer second operations to your specific
requirements all the way through to fully assembled
products ready for your retail despatch.
Turn
Around:
We offer short lead times negotiable on placement of
order and also offer advanced production scheduling
in support of annual call offs including Kanban &
just in time (J.I.T.) options.
Delivery:
We can package products using a range of methods according
to clients specifications including euro-containers
suited for Kanban and direct shipment to production
lines. Our business is international and we arrange
shipments overseas as well as in the UK.
