Quality: Our ISO 9001-2000 accreditation means that we have the systems in place to control the quality of all of our diverse activities. This is backed up by modern inspection equipment employed by a highly skilled & motivated workforce.

Inspection: All work shop operations are subject to routine inspection. Using a range of inspection tools we pay particular attention to ensuring the highest level of quality control in our factory. Our automated Starett shadowgraph accepts dxf files for direct 2D projection and comparison of line detail to product.

Reporting: As part of our rigorous management system we carry out inspection and works reports which we are happy to make available on a routine basis to our customers if required.

Production Management: We operate a comprehensive production management system, which allows us to trace jobs through the factory and manage materials and stocks more effectively. Our management philosophy includes techniques such as Statistical Process Control, FMEA and full batch traceability.

Process Control : Quality is paramount in our service strategy. We start with strict polymer supply criteria coupled with a structured goods in inspection process. Our machines undergo regular maintenance with particular attention paid to temperature & measurement control systems, pump and injection mechanisms and cooling apparatus. We carry out statistical control analysis on batch runs and of course have highly trained operatives carrying out continuous visual inspection.

Continuous Improvement : We operate a program of continuous improvement and investment in our people, processes and facilities in order that we can realise the best value for both our customers, ourselves and to ensure total product quality. All our machinery is rigorously maintained and kept up to date with the latest CAM software and control systems.
