Valuing Our Customers: Insights from our Recent Survey

At Hymid, our customers are at the heart of everything we do. We believe in providing the best possible service to support our clients on their growth journey. This approach requires us to listen, understand and learn from our customers. That’s why we recently conducted a customer satisfaction survey to gather feedback. We also committed to share the results and to being held accountable for our actions.


Customers value our reliability and attention to detail, praising us for delivering high-quality products on time, and for our excellent customer service. We take great pride from this and will work hard to maintain it. Customers also highlighted areas for improvement in our communication through the production process, where we could be providing more regular updates to ensure greater transparency. Another key finding was the importance of sustainability and the need for us to implement environmentally friendly practices. Our customers recognized the significance of sustainability to their own businesses and how our eco-friendly approach could positively impact on their bottom line. This feedback has inspired us to continue to strive to reduce our carbon footprint and minimize our impact on the environment. We also learned that our customers are looking for a wider range of services, beyond our traditional plastic manufacturing services, encouraging us to broaden our horizons and explore new areas of expertise to meet the evolving needs of our customers.

We also believe in transparency and accountability. As a result, we have created and shared a report that details the responses received and what we have learned. This has given us a clear understanding of what our customers value the most, and where we need to focus our efforts. We also committed to make a charitable donation for every completed survey and were delighted to make a donation of £480 to Children’s Hospice South West (www.chsw.org.uk). When asked why we chose to support CHSW, our MD Tom McMurtrie said:

“When put to the vote, the staff at Hymid chose the Children’s Hospice South-West as their preferred local charity. CHSW support the most vulnerable through the toughest of times which chimes with Hymid’s ethos; that of helping others. So we’re delighted to help raise vital funds for a worthy cause, whilst also making our customers feel good!”

At Hymid, we believe in giving back to the community and supporting local charitable organizations. By participating in the survey, our customers have helped us to contribute to a great cause and for this, we are immensely grateful. We place great value on our customers’ opinions and are committed to providing the best possible service. The recent survey has provided us with valuable insights into our strengths and weaknesses, and we are grateful for all the input we received. We will continue to implement changes and improvements based on the feedback we received to provide our customers with the best possible service; helping others to succeed!
